I am passionate about helping you feel good and make an impact.
My goal is simple: to help families spend less time in the kitchen and more time doing what they love ❤️, coming home to ready-to-enjoy meals that feel like they were made just for them.
Healthy, ready-to-eat meals are a tool for success. When you buy back your time, you can get ahead and enjoy life!
Hi there!
I’m Carolina Maturana, a certified chef and proud mom of two daughters. My oldest is a sophomore at USC, and my youngest will be attending USD this fall. For the past 20 years, I’ve intentionally prioritized raising my daughters because family and motherhood are the most important and meaningful parts of my life.
My work supporting families actually began in the classroom. I was a Spanish immersion teacher, where I built strong relationships with parents. Those connections naturally led to private tutoring opportunities, which eventually evolved into preparing healthy meals for families who wanted better nutrition and more balance in their busy lives.
My passion for wellness became personal when my own health started to decline. During a demanding season of motherhood, I realized I had stopped taking care of myself. I was experiencing brain fog, fatigue, and burnout, and my meals often consisted of whatever was fastest and easiest. That wake-up call led me to the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, where I learned about anti-inflammatory nutrition and lifestyle habits. I began running, committed to eating whole foods, and eventually became certified in healthy cooking.
I grew up in Chile eating a traditional whole-foods diet rich in vegetables, fruits, grains, and quality proteins. Fast food wasn’t really part of my early life(the first McDonald’s opened when I was 10 years old), that foundation shaped my appreciation for simple, nourishing ingredients. Being exposed to real food from an early age gave me the creativity to combine flavors in ways that feel both satisfying and nourishing. Today, I love creating meals that are vibrant, vegetable-forward, and full of flavor, paired with delicious, house-made sauces.
Although I was formally trained in plant-based cooking, I work with a wide variety of clients, including families, MLB and NFL athletes, entrepreneurs, authors, and busy professionals with different preferences — from adventurous food lovers to those who simply want healthier versions of their favorite comfort foods. I bring heart, nutrition, and creativity into every meal I prepare.

Peace of mind
Creating, planning, and preparing a meal plan that everyone enjoys takes time and effort. Sometimes we want variety and to try new recipes, but having a busy life doesn’t always make that possible. I’d love to help with this task so you can focus on your other priorities.
Do what you love
Our busy lives can sometimes be overwhelming. Delegating your cooking can help you allocate up to 20 hours a week to focus on what you love; more time on your hobbies, exercise, sports, and personal and career goals.
More time with your loved ones
Our well-being depends not only on self-care but also on human connection. Different seasons bring different blessings, and spending time in the kitchen on a gorgeous day when kids and family are calling is less than ideal. I am here to cook for you so you can create memories.

“Carolina lovingly prepared meals for our family in any capacity we needed, AND in a very efficient manner. Whatever our preferences were (which varied from child to child and between my husband and me), she graciously agreed to accommodate us all.
Really, though, her meals were so stellar that soon we were eating mostly the same things.
What's even more incredible is her level of ability to prepare Raw/Vegan meals at a gourmet level. This can be extremely difficult, but she made it seem effortless, as she truly loves all aspects of food preparation.
Her juicing bags were especially helpful on days we wanted to give our digestive systems a rest”.

“We love the meal prep! She is very knowledgeable and shops for the healthiest foods. Three days a week were perfect. She’s willing to adjust recipes per preferences. Our favorite dishes were the Spinach Artichoke Baked Pasta, Jackfruit Enchiladas, Quinoa Sweet Potato Bowls, and the Chickpea Greek Salad. Getting the menus ahead of time was nice. Thank you for the tasty food!

“Carolina’s meals are healthy, satisfying, and so delicious that many became family favorites we requested time and time again.
She tailored our meals to our individual needs, prepping easy meals for hectic weeks, high-carb and protein-packed meals during marathon training, and fresh, nutritious dishes for our children.
She also stocked our freezer with ready-to-heat meals for weekends, which was such a help. Her culinary expertise allowed her to meet a wide range of dietary needs (vegan, gluten-free, vegetarian, and kid-friendly), always with flavorful results. She even prepared entire holiday meals for our extended family, making hosting feel effortless”.
